The Scheduled Sentence Program allows participants to serve their sentence at the Community Transition Center on an interim basis. Scheduled Sentence Program participants are required to follow the Community Transition Center handbook.
Eligibility requirements for the Scheduled Sentence Program
- Participants must be court-ordered to “All Options” or “Scheduled Sentence Program”
- Participants serve 1-to-7 consecutive days at a time in the Community Transition Center
