Community Transition Center

Participants serve court-ordered time at the Community Transition Center (CTC) to prepare for their reentry back into the community. The facility is a 108 bed, non-custodial facility designed to assist participants create a release plan and start engaging in this plan through the community. Every participant is assigned a re-entry specialist to ensure participants are getting the resources and assistance they need before going back into the community.

The CTC is equipped with the following amenities:

  • Laundry facility
  • Computer lab
  • Classrooms
  • Individual bed and storage locker
  • Day use lockers for work and other items
  • Kitchen with 3 meals a day provided
  • Living area to include TV, seating, tables, books and games
  • Bathrooms and showers
