The Ada County Pest Abatement District is now accepting work orders for Pocket gopher and Yellow-bellied marmot (or rock chuck) treatments for residents that reside within the Pest Abatement District. Field crews will begin work on March 1st for the 2024 season, weather permitting.
If you are unsure whether or not your property is in the Pest Abatement district–which is comprised of unincorporated Ada County (see map, below)–look up your property on the Ada County Assessor Land Records page and see if “Pest Abatement” is listed in your property’s taxing districts.
