Paperwork needed to file for a Civil Protection Order
Interactive Civil Protection Order forms (Guide and File) Select from interviews for either Civil Protection Order to start a new filing, or Civil Protection Order: Change, End, Renew or Reschedule Hearing to file in an existing case, and use a question and answer format to complete your forms. After completing the interview print the forms and bring them to the court to file. E-filing for Civil Protection Orders is not currently available in Ada County. If you are filing in another county please check with your local court.
