Make Payments

You are required to pay all court-ordered fees and restitution according to your payment plan. For payment questions, contact us at (208) 577-4800.

Court costs

The judge may assign costs and fees associated with the court process including a petition fee, cost of supervision, worker’s compensation for community service and detention fees.

Restitution

Restitution is money paid to the victim of a crime. You may be required to pay restitution as part of a diversion program or court case.

Diversion program

Youth in our diversion program are assessed a $100 program fee. Additional fees may be required for costs of participation depending on terms.

We accept payment in person or through US mail.

We accept cash, personal or certified check, money order, or credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard) payments in person, and checks or money orders through US mail.

Diversion program:  Payments accepted at our Benjamin location only.

Cash and money orders

Checks or money orders should be made out to “Ada County Juvenile Services.” You MUST include the juvenile’s name, case number(s) and specify the dollar amount to be applied to each.
