Boise couple charged with felony injury to child

Ada County Sheriff’s deputies declared a 4-year-old boy to be in imminent danger earlier this month because of unsafe living conditions inside his Boise-area apartment. The boy’s parents, 29-year-old Ryan D. Kyser and 26-year-old Meghan M. Nadorff, turned themselves in at the Ada County Jail early Saturday morning on charges of Felony Injury to Child.
