ARPA Ada County Jail, Benjamin Campus, and Expo Idaho RTU Replacements 2024
The Board of Ada County Commissioners will receive and publicly open, sealed and clearly marked bids for ARPA Ada County Jail, Benjamin Campus, and Expo Idaho RTU Replacements 2024.
Sealed bids are to be submitted online to Ada County Procurement at https://adacounty.bonfirehub.com no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, on June 3, 2024. All bids will be electronically date and time stamped as they are submitted. Bids cannot be accepted if submitted by hard copy, mail, facsimile, or e-mail. Bids will be publicly opened, and the names of participating vendors read aloud on June 4, 2024, on or about 9:00 a.m. local time in the Board of Ada County Commissioners’ Conference Room, located on the third floor of the County Courthouse and Administration Building, 200 W. Front Street, Boise, ID 83702. The bid opening may also be viewed at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmREyet73vxhBFCffWClEKA. The Board of Ada County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Two mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held for all potential Bidders. The first will be held on May 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. local time, at Expo Idaho – Western Town (behind the Expo Building), 5610 Glenwood Street, Boise, Idaho 83714. The second will be held on May 2, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. local time, at the Ada County Sheriff’s Office Public Safety Building, 7200 Barrister Drive, Boise, Idaho 83704. You are requested to have thoroughly reviewed the bid packet prior to the meeting.
