The Bridge Youth & Family Resource Center Chosen For Outcome Reporting Program

Ada County’s – The Bridge Youth and Family Resource Center will be one of six centers from across the country to participate in the National Assessment Center Association’s ACORN initiative and one of only two centers in the “advanced” data capacity category. The ACORN initiative will result in well-defined measures to consistently report outcomes and performance that align across centers.

Although The Bridge is a newly established resource center for juveniles, it was chosen for the “advanced” category for its excellent data team and top-notch case management system. Bridge staff worked with Ada County’s Information Technology development and project teams to develop a program that would facilitate referrals, assessments, and resource connections for youth and families.

The ACORN initiative will result in well-defined measures to consistently report outcomes and performance that align across centers. It will provide guidance to improve business practices and measure success so The Bridge can continue to provide meaningful services to improve outcomes for youth and families in Ada County.
