The Idaho Supreme Court issued an Order, effective 11/9/2020, suspending jury trials throughout the state through the remainder of 2020. Pursuant to the Order, no jury trials may commence prior to January 4, 2021. The Order was issued in response to the continuing rise in COVID-19 cases, and further details can be found in the full text of the Order.
