All of our Bids, RFPs and other solicitations are posted on an e-Procurement platform called Bonfire.  This will provide the opportunity for Ada County to have much more efficient and transparent processes as well as a means for electronic submittals of Bids, among other key benefits.

Ada County encourages vendors to register in our system so that you can receive bid notifications and keep your contact information up-to-date.  Register for bid notifications.

Ada County Supplier Registration

The county has migrated to a new financial system through Oracle. If your supplier information is not already in the system, you can register yourself by clicking here. The registration process is fairly simple, but please note that we need your W-9 (2018 form) under “Attachments” within “Company Details.” Also, you can skip step 5, “Bank Accounts.”

Once you are registered and you would like to access your Supplier Portal to see your county purchase orders, you can head to the link above. **It is not required to utilize the Supplier Portal to receive purchase orders.**
