On 5/20/2024 at about 1:40pm, Ada County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the area of S. Cole Rd and W. Amity Rd. in Boise for a reported stabbing.
Upon arrival, deputies located a victim with a stab wound. The victim was then transported to the hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect, 63-year-old Henry Peters, was on scene and taken into custody. Peters was booked into the Ada County Jail for felony Aggravated Battery.
Peters and the victim were known to each other. Peters’ first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
