Court costs
The judge may assign costs and fees associated with the court process including a petition fee, cost of supervision, worker’s compensation for community service and detention fees.
Restitution
Restitution is money paid to the victim of a crime. You may be required to pay restitution as part of a diversion program or court case.
Diversion program
Youth in our diversion program are assessed a $100 program fee. Additional fees may be required for costs of participation depending on terms.

Online: We accept credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) payments online for diversion program fees.
