Court Assistance Office (CAO) – Form Review Appointments
If you need help with Small Claims or Civil Protection Order paperwork please call the Ada County Clerk’s Office at 208-287-6900 during business hours of 8AM to 5PM, as we do not set appointments to review these types of forms. Additional assistance for Civil Protection Order filings is available through the Faces of Hope victim center and the Women’s and Children’s Alliance.
All paperwork for a form review must be completed in advance of the appointment. Appointments cannot be used to pick up forms or packets. Appointments are available in 30 minute time slots. You can request an email form review for your Ada County Court Assistance forms at [email protected] , or call us at 208-287-6963/44 for questions. Please email completed forms as an attachment in a Word or PDF format. For paper forms you can scan to a PDF format, or take pictures and convert them to PDF documents.
