Eviction forms on our site can only be used to evict a tenant who has not paid rent. You cannot use our forms to evict a tenant who is up to date on their rent, sue for back rent or move a mobile home from a rented space.

Idaho Legal Aid has prepared a customizable template agreement, Temporary Reduction in Rent Agreement, to assist tenants and landlords who have agreed to a temporary reduction in rent due to the pandemic. Look for the form near the end of the page.

For additional rent, eviction, housing , and mortgage assistance visit the Idaho Care Line- 211 website, Ada County Indigent Services, Idaho Legal Aid , and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Additional rental assistance and resources are available through the Boise City/Ada County Housing Authorities, including the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP).
