What We Do

The Trial Court Administrator, Sandra Barrios, oversees all administrative responsibilities of the Fourth Judicial District.  This includes responsibility for facilities management; serving as a liaison between agencies, the media, and the public; and developing and carrying out policies that enhance court system performance.

One such enhancement to the court system is the implementation of caseflow management processes to ensure that cases progress in a timely fashion from the time of filing to the time of case disposition.  To find out more about the 4th District’s caseflow management processes, please contact the Trial Court Administrator.

The following programs and services are also overseen by the Trial Court Administrator, please click on each for additional information:

Further, the Trial Court Administration Office supports the work of the Magistrate Courts, District Courts and Juvenile Courts.
