Requesting Copies of Court Documents

You can request copies of documents that were filed with the court at the following link from the Ada County Clerk’s Office.

Requesting Court Records Not Contained in a Court Case File

Requests for Ada County court records not contained in a court case file must be submitted in writing to the Trial Court Administrator.  Click on the Guidelines below for more information.

Please use the Records Request form found in the section below, or make the request in writing in a substantially similar format. Oral requests will not be considered.
