Today the Honorable Judge Jason Scott sentenced William Thomas Faucher to a cumulative sentence of twenty-five years in prison without the possibility of parole for the possession and distribution of child pornography and related crimes
I want to thank the law enforcement officers and forensic evaluators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit at the Attorney General’s Office and the Garden City Police Department who all worked tirelessly to investigate this case. I also want to thank the Attorney General’s Office for their leadership of the ICAC Unit and their collaboration on this case. As a result of the hard work of all partners involved, justice has been served.
