Nampa man pleads guilty to lewd conduct, child enticement

RE: State v. Cory Gaylor – Guilty Plea

 

BOISE – Cory Gaylor, 51, pled guilty Thursday to felony charges of lewd conduct with a minor child under 16 and enticing a child over the internet.

An investigation by Kuna Police determined Mr. Gaylor had illegal sexual contact with a minor, and was texting to entice the victim for sex for several weeks prior. He was arrested December 8, 2022, and has remained in custody since that time.

Mr. Gaylor’s sentencing is set for September 14, 2023 before the Honorable District Judge Lynn Norton.

The maximum punishment for lewd conduct with a minor child under 16 is life imprisonment, and the maximum punishment for enticing a child over the internet is 15 years imprisonment.
