Coroner Owens identified 18 year-old Matthew Wright, of Boise, as the victim of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 21 on March 26, 2018. The cause of death is blunt force trauma due to a motor vehicle accident. The investigation is being conducted by the Boise Police Department.
