82 year-old Joe M. Lorah, of Boise, was identified by Coroner Owens as the victim of a car accident on Maple Grove Rd on Monday, May 21, 2018. Lorah died of traumatic blunt force injuries of the chest that were sustained from a motor vehicle collision. He was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 10:58 am. The manner of death has been ruled an accident.
Toxicology is pending and results may take several weeks to return.
The investigation is being conducted by the Ada County Sheriff’s Office
