Coroner Officially Identifies 3 Mountain Home Victims in Fiery Crash

Coroner Owens has identified 21 year-old Karlie A. Westall, 26 year-old Lawrence Paul Manlapit III and 23 year-old Carlos V. Johnson as the victims killed after the SUV they were in was involved in a multi-vehicle crash on I-84 June 17, 2018. The accident occurred on eastbound I-84 beneath the Cloverdale overpass. Johnson was the driver of the SUV and Westall and Malapit were passengers. The cause of all three deaths is blunt force injuries due to a multi-vehicle collision. The manner of death is an accident.
This case is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
