| SUMMARY: The Ada County Coroner’s Office has identified 65-year-old Michael Staelens of Nampa, Idaho, who was transported from the 2000 block of Caldwell Blvd. in Nampa, Idaho, to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center on 10/18/2023. Michael Staelens was a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle in Canyon County. Life saving measures were unsuccessful and Michael Staelens was pronounced dead in the hospital. Further information pending investigation.
