CORONER IDENTIFIES NAMPA WOMAN STRUCK BY VEHICLE

AGE: 30 years
BIOLOGICAL SEX: Female
PLACE OF DEATH: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center; Boise, ID
RESIDENCE: Nampa, Idaho
CAUSE OF DEATH: Traumatic blunt force injuries
MANNER OF DEATH: Pending
SUMMARY:  At approximately 02:28 a.m. on 01/21/2024, the Ada County Coroner’s Office was dispatched to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. 30-year-old Tarissa Piper of Nampa, Idaho, was pronounced dead in the emergency room after lifesaving measures were unsuccessful.  Tarissa Piper was a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle near the 300 block of 2nd Street South in Nampa, Idaho.  Further information pending investigation.

The investigation is being conducted by Nampa Police Department.
