| SUMMARY: The Ada County Coroner’s Office has identified 40-year-old Adrian Adolfo Lechuga who was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center on 10/02/2023 after injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision on Hwy 95, near Midvale, Idaho. Life saving measures were unsuccessful and Adrian Adolfo Lechuga was pronounced dead in the emergency department. Further information pending investigation.
The investigation is being conducted by Idaho State Police. |
