| SUMMARY: Ada County Coroner, Richard D. Riffle, has identified the body of Emily Irvin. At 0952 hours on 04/07/2023, the Ada County Coroner’s Office was dispatched to the 1700 block of West State Street in Boise, Idaho, where 19-year-old Emily Irvin of Boise, Idaho, was pronounced dead at the scene. Further investigation is still ongoing.
