| SUMMARY: At approximately 04:02 p.m. 10/09/2023, the Ada County Coroner’s Office was dispatched to the 2200 block of W. Duck Alley Rd. in Eagle, Idaho. 69-year-old James Laughlin of Eagle, Idaho, was pronounced dead at the scene after being submerged in the Boise River while kayaking.
The investigation is being conducted by Ada County Sheriff’s Office. |
