| SUMMARY: Ada County Coroner, Richard Riffle, has identified 21-year-old Devann Horine of Kuna, Idaho. Devann Horine was pronounced dead at the scene of a single motor vehicle rollover collision. Devann Horine was the driver of the vehicle. The rollover collision occurred on westbound I-84, near mile marker 45 in Meridian, Idaho, on 04/29/23 at approximately 2047 hours. Further information pending investigation.
