CORONER IDENTIFIES BOISE MAN STRUCK BY A VEHICLE IN MERIDIAN

NAME: Matthew Willett
DATE AND TIME OF PRONOUNCED DEATH: 02/10/2023 @ 1638 hours
AGE: 41 years
BIOLOGICAL SEX: Male
PLACE OF DEATH: Amity Road, East of Linder; Meridian, Idaho
RESIDENCE: Boise, Idaho
CAUSE OF DEATH: Multiple blunt force injuries
MANNER OF DEATH: Accident
SUMMARY:  41-year-old Matthew Willett of Boise, Idaho, was the sole occupant and driver of a motorcycle that collided with another vehicle at a high rate of speed. The collision occurred on Amity Road just east of Linder in Meridian, on 02/10/23 at approximately 1450 hours. Matthew Willett was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is being conducted by Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
