Coroner Owens identified the body found near Diversion Dam on December 30, 2017 as 39 year-old James Deek Kluza, of Pocatello. Foul play is not suspected and the cause and manner of death are pending toxicology results, which can take several weeks to return.
This case is currently under investigation by the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
