CORONER IDENTIFIES BICYCLIST WHO DIED IN BOISE HOSPITAL

DATE AND TIME OF PRONOUNCED DEATH: 05/17/2023 @ 2139 hours
AGE: 67 years
BIOLOGICAL SEX: Female
PLACE OF DEATH: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center; Boise, ID
RESIDENCE: Meridian, Idaho
CAUSE OF DEATH: Blunt force injuries
MANNER OF DEATH: Accident
SUMMARY: Ada County Coroner, Richard Riffle, has identified 67-year-old Connie Buckley of Meridian, Idaho, who was on a bicycle that was struck by a motor vehicle at the intersection of W. McMillan and E. Eagle Road in Meridian on 05/15/2023 at approximately 1418 hours.  Life saving measures were unsuccessful and Connie Buckley was pronounced dead in the hospital.

The investigation is being conducted by Boise City Police Department.
