Directions & Parking

Google Maps will direct you to the Ada County Victim Center front door, rather than our free parking lot which is accessible as outlined below:

To the Ada County Victim Services Center Parking lot from I-184 East:
  • From I-184 East, Continue onto US-20 E/US-26 E
  • Stay in the second from the left lane until you pass the Residence Inn on the left-hand side of the road.
  • Take an immediate left into the Faces of Hope Parking lot

 

To Ada County Victim Services Center Parking lot from US-26 West/Front Street:
  • Continue on US-26 West/Front Street
  • Turn left onto S 6th St
  • Turn right onto W Broad St
  • Take a left into the alley between the Residence Inn and the Faces of Hope building. If you reach Capitol Blvd, then you have gone too far

 

To the Hampton Inn overflow lot from I-184 East:
  • From I-184 East, Continue onto US-20 E/US-26 E
  • Stay in the far-left lane.
  • Take a left onto Capitol Blvd and follow signs for ParkBOI
  • Turn into the Hampton Inn parking garage on the left and park on the third (3rd) or fourth (4th) floor.

 

To Hampton Inn overflow lot from US-26 West/Front Street:
  • Continue on US-26 West/Front Street
  • Turn left onto S 9th St
  • Stay in the far-left lane.
  • Take a left onto Capitol Blvd and follow signs for ParkBOI
  • Turn into the Hampton Inn parking garage on the left and park on the third (3rd) or fourth (4th) floor.
