| RE: | State v. Adam Bodenbach-Guilty Verdict |
Adam Bodenbach was charged with Murder in the First Degree, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Crime and Possession of Cocaine after he shot and killed Ryan Banks on January 6, 2017. A jury trial began on August 15, 2017 and concluded after nine days of evidence and arguments. Bodenbach was convicted on all charges.
Bodenbach’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for November 3, 2017 at 1:30p.m., in front of the Honorable Steven Hippler.
