On June 20, 2017, an Ada County Grand Jury indicted Bruce Allen Marchant on charges of First Degree Murder, Kidnapping, and Rape in connection with the disappearance and death of 18 year-old Sierra Ashley Bush. The case will now proceed to District Court where Mr. Marchant will be arraigned on June 30, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.
Bruce Allen Marchant is innocent until proven guilty.
