Bruce Marchant has been transported to Idaho from New York and will be arraigned today, April 6, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. at the Ada County Courthouse on charges related to the Murder, Kidnapping, and Rape of Sierra Bush.
Mr. Marchant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
