After about seven hours of deliberating, the jury found Mr. Earls guilty of shooting and killing Mr. Cuellar at a gathering in a Boise residence in January of 2022.
The defendant’s sentencing is scheduled for July 29th before the Honorable Ada County District Judge Cynthia Yee-Wallace.
“Thank you to the jury for their time and attentiveness during this trial,” said Ada County Prosecutor Jan Bennetts. “I also want to thank my trial team and the Boise Police Department for their hard work on this case.”
