BOISE – A Boise man was convicted Wednesday of lewd conduct with a child under 16 following a two-day jury trial.
William Parsons, 41, was arrested in December 2019 for three charges of lewd conduct with a minor under 16 and misdemeanor disseminating material harmful to a minor.
A jury found the defendant guilty on all four counts.
Mr. Parsons sentencing is set for 11 a.m., May 14 before Ada County District Judge Samuel Hoagland.
Idaho code allows a maximum sentence of up to life imprisonment for lewd conduct with a child under 16.
