| RE: | State v. Kyle Kelly – Arraignment |
BOISE – A 21-year-old man has been charged with felony involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of Robert “Bobby” Skinner last summer.
Prosecutors asked for defendant Kyle Kelly’s bond to remain at $500,000. Mr. Kelly’s bond was reduced to $150,000. His next court appearance is set for August 11 before Ada County Magistrate Judge Adam Kimball.
Mr. Kelly is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
