Teen Who Drowned at Quinn's Pond Identified

Coroner Owens identified 15 year-old Eieu-Donne Eca, of Boise, as the teen who drowned at Quinn’s Pond in Boise on Friday July 14, 2017. Eca was tranported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center after going under the water while swimming from friends. The accident is currently under investigation by the Boise Police Department. Coroner Owens has identified the remains as those of 34 year-old Andrew Joseph Lee Gatten, of Meridian.
