Coroner Owens identified 63 year-old Jack Lee Montgomery as the victim killed in a motorcycle accident on State Street on June 21, 2017. He was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The accident occurred about 11:01 pm on June 21 on State St. near Sycamore Dr. in Boise. Toxicology results are pending. The accident is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
