bullet  On September 17, the State Tax Commission adopted Resolution 14-06 showing the maximum homeowner’s exemption to be $89,580 for 2015.   The maximum amount is based on the change in the House Price Index published by the Federal Housing Finance Agency.

bullet  Try our new online Homeowner's Exemption application!  You will need your parcel number (use our Property Search link) and your Idaho Driver's License number for validation.  You can also change your mailing address using the on-line Change of Address form.

APPRAISAL DIVISION - Our mission is to provide Ada County Taxpayers with efficient, accurate and equitable property appraisals. The Appraisal Division has two main web pages: REAL PROPERTY (Residential / Commercial) and PERSONAL PROPERTY.

LAND RECORDS DIVISION maintains the county's official plat maps and processes property deeds. It also maintains our Online Property Information System, which features our GIS data. This is the place to see parcel maps, parcel characteristics and parcel value information.
