41 year old Dennis Marsh, of Boise, died of severe crushing injuries. Mr. Marsh was at work at Lactalis American Group, Inc., in Nampa, when he was reportedly crushed between a fork lift and a warehouse shelving unit. He was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced at 2:53PM.
The incident is under investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
