33 year-old Marco L. Romero was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center after a confrontation with law enforcement near Clark Street and Roosevelt in Boise. Romero was pronounced dead at 15:49 Friday November 11th. The cause of death is multiple gunshot wounds.
