| SUMMARY: At approximately 03:15 a.m. on 09/07/2024, the Ada County Coroner’s Office was dispatched to westbound I-84, near mile marker 45 in Meridian, Idaho. 23-year-old Juan Martinez Rojas of Caldwell, Idaho, was pronounced dead at the scene after lifesaving measures were unsuccessful. Juan Martinez Rojas was a pedestrian that was struck by a motor vehicle. Further information pending investigation.
