Coroner Owens identified 33 year-old Menite Milien as the woman killed after being hit by a car on Sunday, October 1, 2017 shortly before 7pm. According to reports, Ms. Milien was walking on the sidewalk when she was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of S. Maple Grove and W. Brookview Drive in Boise. The cause of death is blunt force trauma and the manner of death has been ruled an accident.
This case is currently under investigation by the Boise Police Department.
