Coroner Identifies Man Killed in Downtown Boise
Coroner Owens identified 64 year-old David Castro Vargas of Boise as the victim of multiple stab wounds on Friday April 13, 2018 at the Civic Plaza Apartments on Front Street in downtown Boise. According to the autopsy, Mr. Vargas died of multiple stab wounds to the head, neck chest and abdomen. The cause of death has been ruled a homicide.
No further information will be released at this time as this is an open and ongoing investigation.
The case is currently under investigation by the Boise Police Department.
