Coroner Owens has identified Fernando Estrada, age 19, of Wendell, Idaho, as the victim of a drowning. The incident occurred on July 24; the death was pronounced on July 31.
The cause of death was drowning. The manner of death was accidental.
The victim was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center on July 24, from Twin Falls, Idaho. According to reports, the incident occurred at Dierkes Lake in Twin Falls, Idaho and this case is currently under investigation by the Twin Falls Sheriff’s Office.
