I request Commercial Service for the property listed below, due to the following described circumstances. I understand unpaid fees will be added to my real property taxes for the year within which any unpaid fees accrued, pursuant to Idaho Code 31-5505, 63-02(10), 31-870(1) and 31-870(2) including $125 for costs of collection. I also understand it is my responsibility to notify Ada County Trash Billing of any future change of the described circumstances.
