The City of Kuna is offering a $100 reward for information that leads to the arrest of whoever broke into the Kuna Disc Golf & Rec building last week.
Whoever broke into the building, located next to the skate park in the 400 block of W. 2nd Street, stole over $8,000 worth of recreation equipment from inside and did over $500 in damage to the building.
The break-in occurred sometime between 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 2 p.m. Wednesday. The business sells and rents recreation equipment — including skateboards, disc golf equipment, rafts, and floating tubes — to Kuna residents.
The building was locked at the time so thieves forced their way in through the front door.
