An 84-year old Eagle woman was injured Tuesday afternoon after she lost control of her car in a two-tiered parking lot at the Eagle Road/Ranch Drive intersection.
The crash occurred just before 3 p.m. The woman was driving her car into a parking spot in upper tier of the parking lot and went too far.
The car went over some bushes and eventually landed on the roof when it hit the ground on the lower tier.
Eagle Fire fighters had to cut through metal to get the woman out of the wreckage. Ada County Paramedics treated her at the scene before taking her to a local hospital for what appear to be non life-threatening injuries.
Emergency crews removed the car from the parking lot.
No citation will be issued in connection with the crash.
