Idaho Industrial Commission Crime Victims Compensation Program
The Idaho Crime Victims Compensation Act pays benefits to innocent victims who are injured or killed as the direct result of a crime. The program is administered by the Idaho Industrial Commission. The program is funded by fines imposed by state court judges in felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Benefits include medical, counseling, wage loss, death benefits, and funeral expenses. This program does not pay for property loss or damage. Claim forms may be obtained at the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office or by contacting:
